What's it called?

I don't know, you give it a name...I just threw things together.

1 pkg Italian Meatballs
2 pkgs frozen stir fry veggies with noodles (kroger brand)
1 jar alfredo sauce

I first sauteed the frozen meatballs for about 10 min, then added about a tbls of olive oil, added the stir fry. Cook until broccoli is tender. Add the jar of alfredo sauce or pick a sauce of your choosing...or not. It was so good and I forgot to set something out this morning. I normally would have thawed something quickly in the microwave, but after looking in the freezer, this is what happened. And guess what? NO LEFTOVERS!!! It was a hit!

1 chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel topping

Make cake according to pkg directions. When cake is done, but still hot, poke holes all across the top. Then pour sweet milk and caramel topping all across the top. When cake is cool, frost with the cool whip. You can decorated the top with sprinkles, nuts, etc. Easy, yummy and you won't have any leftover.

Chicken, Avocados, and Cheese, Oh My!

My new Favorite recipe... A chicken Avocado bake. Here we go...

Ingredients

* 1/4 cup butter, cubed
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, marjoram and thyme
* 1-1/2 cups milk
* 1 cup half-and-half cream
* 8 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
* 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
* 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
* 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

* In a large saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and seasonings until smooth. Gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, layer half of the noodles, avocados, chicken, white sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly.

If you buy pre-cooked cubed chicken, this recipe is put together fast. If you prefer to use fresh chicken breasts, make sure they are skinless and boneless. Also press out any grease from cooking your chicken.

*substitutions...for the white cream sauce, you may switch the milk and 1/2 & 1/2 for Evaporated milk.

*additions, the second time making this recipe, I added mushrooms for something extra. Just add in like the avocados.

What will you add?
