It's just a regular Wednesday night, and we are having Spaghetti. But to make it a little more interesting, instead of plain old hamburger meat, I've added Hot Italian Sausage. It gives it just a little more ummph! The family loves it, but, they also like things on the spicy side. Add your garlic bread and a side salad with some ranch dressing to cool things back down. Try it! You may just like it!

The "Knots" Prayer
I recently got this from a friend and thought I would share.
Dear God,
Please untie the knots
that are in my mind,
my heart and my life.
Remove the have nots,
the can nots and the do nots
that I have in my mind.
Erase the will nots,
may nots, and
mights nots that find
a home in my heart.
Release me from the could nots,
would nots and should nots'
that obstuct my life.
And most of all, dear God,
I ask that you remove from my mind
my heart and life all of the am nots
that I have allowed to hold me back,
especially the thought
that I am not good enough.
Amen.
Dear God,
Please untie the knots

Remove the have nots,
