Baking for a Mission

Since just before Thanksgiving, I've been working hard in the kitchen. To help us raise money for our Haiti mission trip, I've started selling baked goods. Everything from pies, cakes, cheesecakes, fudge, layer bars (a popular item), banana-nut bread, zucchini bread, pumpkin spice cupcakes and the list goes on.... I so enjoy it and I'm thankful for those who have chosen to help us in this venture. It is so appreciated. Brian, Joseph and myself are very excited to go to Haiti.
